  I recently made a trip to the Ulta salon for accent highlights. The stylist ruined my hair! I was very clear on what I wanted and what I did NOT want. I also showed a picture so I don't understand why I had orange highlights all over my head (exactly what I told her I didn't want) i was so upset and angry. I got a discount and was asked to go again to get it fixed but no thank you! I will be going elsewhere and it was clearly a mistake to come here because it is obvious the stylist didn't know what she was doing as I had perfectly explained what I wanted!!!
